The devs (Dennaton) call him Biker, after the community coined-name. (Helmet was also coined by the community, but more people call him Biker, so it caught on more quickly) So if he were to be given a name, it would have to be Biker, or something the devs make up. That is, if Hotline Miami 2 were to feature him. After all, if Jacket is in Hotline Miami 2, and his story takes him to killing Biker, than it probably won't feature him. Oh, and spoilers: Even if they did pull off a parallel story mode like they did at the end of HM1, than how will the story move on? As Biker, you have the choice to kill the "Phone Guys", If they are dead, where's the 'Hotline' part of the game? Iluminati confirmed.
