Though i do have plan for completely reworking the whole faction to be more... lets say, spicier

It pops up whenever my pawn shoots Nightsaw LMG. Also, something like bullet trail remained permanently. This bullet trail disappeared after exiting to main menu and re-loading the game.
I had too many mods installed, so research tab didn't show up for me. Sorry for inconvenience...
