The effect doesn't seem to get applied with this addon: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2840019616

It DOES work in third person and in a vehicle in first person, but the moment I go back in first person on foot the effect disappears. As in like it is not activated at all.

In fact when I activate this shader, it makes the head bobbing effect faster. Kinda weird.

mwbase seem to work on occasion, it seems tied to optics and holographic optic enables motion blur as normal

Glide cars do not have a mask and get blurred even when you're in a Glide vehicle

In general, if there's someone experienced with MW base, we could work together on the adaptation. Or someone could work with its developers. That would be ideal.

I'd like to adapt the MW base, but I'd have to dig into the code and suggest new features. Overall, I have a poor track record with MW base.

MW base is the hardest to adapt shaders to. It starts with the code and ends with feedback from the developers.

With ARC9, for example, they helped me the same day and were very responsive. With MW, it's much harder to contact and get a response.

I’ve had the same issue with GM++ too.
Only disabling the neck fx makes it work for now.
