This is cool, but it feels like 3 effects jam packed into one

They don't really compliment one another in any way

This would be cool as 2-3 separate projects

Too flashy for TF2, and yes I'm away there are already a lot of flashy effects, thats not an excuse to follow that horrible slop trend.
