i guess its the worldmodel issue, since the author probably just pasted w_shotgun.mdl without do editing with model.

one thing I noticed as well is that the HECU Shotgunners dont shoot when usi g this mod. They do the animation of shooti g their shotgun but nothing comes out, no muzzleflash no bullets.

yeah it seems to be missing textures, i cracked it open and looked its only missing any vtfs it should be an easy fix

Shotgun doesnt have a shell texture when pumping. And the Revolver doesnt have textures at all
