@kitter This information seems perfect to me, it's a shame that time doesn't always allow us to do things with the care and attention they deserve.

@√•/[Un 𝝺 ⃝Shu]\•√ i use GCFscape to decompile the texture files, then i use the original VTFEdit to convert them to TGA (or JPEG) so i can edit them in Krita. Then i convert them back to VTFs using VTFEdit again

I know your main expertise is reskinning but I think if you do some of the citizens I think giving the refugees worker styled uniforms would be good (In a reskin way)

if you're talking about my reimagined retail rebels mod, i don't plan on remaking that any time soon. but if you're talking about me including the citizens in this, it's a good idea since i do want to expand more than just remaking what i did back in rrc
