also I'd suggest making it so that making a drug or 4x of that drug should require intelligence and crafting like other drugs in the game

very fun mod! I like the crafting recipes and mass producing psycho / med-x for $$$ is a lot of fun. stimpack recipe is balanced for what it can do. good job!
