I updated my method for the crosshair to fix it even further.
Need a few mods and still cant use a flashlight but it looks much cleaner than the other alternative
What I'm thinking now is rewriite l4d2 to move the vanilla crosshair and use it directly as a freeaim crosshair. low priority though
used it here. takes some getting used to with my preferred mouse sens lol
I wish someone would do this for STALKER I have no idea how it's done.

subscribe to this and set your ADS key to anything different than ZOOM key and test it yourself.

This mod is COMPLETELY offline. Don't you understand what that means?
and what if they have the mod with all the extra steps done? will they see their mod on my local server?
it's just an effect that only you can see and no one else can see it.
thats pretty weird cuz yesterday i was on a campaign that was not local hosted by someone, tho i was able to see my skin mods and i had the effects of the mod, the camera shake, the arms movement, while playing with other 3 people
I misunderstood your question as being about how players appear. What I meant to say is that this mod is complete offline, even in multiplayer.
you mean like having the mod by just subscribing and not doing the extra steps?
Even if both players have this mod, they cannot see each other's movements. This is because this mod only handles local data. :)

cuz i got some people who claims that there is movement in the camera and arms and other people who says the opposite, so im kinda confused here
what is your question?
Make sure your viewmodel fov matches your base/camera fov otherwise your flashlight and laser sight will NOT be accurate to where you're aiming/looking.
for example: if your fov is 75 then your weapon fov (cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor) should be 75 as well
