finally, found whats causing that. thanks for making an adjustment available. it was so frustrating finding which mod was doing this.

@Mr.Freud inside the mod folder there should be a new optional 1.0.8 folder. Replace the defines.txt in the loading_screen folder chain and it should fix everything for you. If this doesn't fix it then its most likely another mod thats touching economy scripts with old values.

mod is not 1.0.8 beta compatible. It somhow breaks base tax calculation, cost of court, stability and crown power calculations.
