agreed, please tell us what this mod does. however, from the github for the original mod referenced:
Overzealous Engineer Mission Sponsor

Starting Prefabs:
* 1x Space Elevator
* 3x Advanced Stirling Generator

Effects:
* +150 research
* Research Boost + 25% to all techs
* One extra rocket
