@Rogueone I haven't heard of it, but as long as he hasn't overwritten Stellaris\common\policies\00_policies.txt, it should work.

@Rogueone I think it is compatible with old saves, you just need to active the edict, and about the tidy traditions, I don't see any AP need the Eternal Vigilance, and this mod not change any code from vanilla AP, this should have no impact.
