OK, thanks for your suggestion. I seem to have encountered this bug as well. I'll fix it when I have some free time, after I finish making another mod.

I'm pretty sure this mod isn't letting the Ban System work properly, as the items can reappear after they've been Banned, and they cannot be banned again.
