I could see them properly when I had all DLCs disabled.
And since you don't have the DLC, you don't see the bookmarks at all.
Here's how to fix it on your end:
- Open the launcher and go to the Mod library.
- Click the ellipses next to this mod (...) and select "Show in folder."
- Go into the "common" folder and delete the "bookmarks" folder in there.
This will restore the bookmarks to the default and you'll be able to select the other years again. Don't worry about choosing a bookmark character, it will function exactly like hitting the "Play as any Ruler" button.
I hadn't considered that people would use this mod without the DLC. Sorry.
