The map will stay as it is.

Unfortunately, I'm not yet a pro when it comes to details, but the next maps will get better and better.

Dog rounds are disabled and shouldn't spawn. That's what the Manglers are for, starting at level 8.

Yes, the "Sell" perk returns half the points it cost.
