Is it possible to make it so that you can toggle between both shoving and kicking down the door? Maybe holding the shove should make the player use the kick animation instead (or vice versa)

Added disable shake effect feature by setting ems/kicktobarge/noshake to 1. It's not perfect though.

I've already thought about this feature after @Boruys and @Blitz pointed me out, but it would require a more complicated rewrite than it looks.
