hi! fun fact: while it isnt listed on the wiki, there's currently an unobtainable item called "Genesis" which is effectively a zenith bow. It'll be fully implemented later. if you cheat it in, you can play with what parts have been implemented so far! (its only half finished, since its rather complex)

been doing a mage playthrough with this mod and i'm having a good time :3 when i initially made the amber staff, i found that the particles of the projectile made it feel wider than it actually is. i do think they look way cooler than it just being a ball though :3

So what I had done was copy the code present in the weapons list in the default wiki, but I actually didn't add any links manually, I just removed the # from the weapon names, and it did the rest automatically. In order to make it your pages, you may have to do like "Platinum Broadsword (overhauled)" for your page names and itemlist entries.

Took you up on that offer, your wiki is good to go now, and besides a few things I couldn't figure out how to fix (tungsten sword, quad-barreled shotgun, party bullets??? and for some reason the icons sometimes overlap the text???) its readable. I'll be following this project, I'm interested in shaking up the game since I don't use most of the weapons.

@ContaRandom the wiki is currently under construction, but it does list every reworked weapon, even though not every weapon page is available. I've been inconsistently having an issue with the item image placeholders that makes the wiki unusable (that i assume is the same issue you're having), but i'm not sure what circumstances cause it or how to fix it. If you think you can fix it, feel free to take a crack at it, the wiki is free for the public to edit. If you just cant get it to work at all, I can copy paste the weapon list out of the wiki's html for you.

(ok slight correction on that. it was designed with generalized mod compatibility in mind, but not designed to be compatible with any SPECIFIC mod. again, that means it should in theory work, but you'll have to test it yourself)

@Paco da Pea I am not developing with any particular other mods in mind. For compatibility's sake, it's probably best that my old gen console weapons are separate items from consolaria's, so that players can choose which one to use.

@Zarsly70 to answer your question, it's going to vary on a case-by-case basis. The internal mod name of this mod is WeaponRevamp, and since tModLoader loads mods in alphabetical order, any changes my mod makes will override changes from any mod that is alphabetically before it. This could potentially result in multiple changes applying at the same time, resulting in strange or unintended behavior. In the future, I will be adding a config so you can disable changes from this mod that conflict with another mod's changes, on a weapon-by-weapon basis.

it undoubtly will. depends on how the game allows for modding - if the item's stats are all separate or not. if they're not in terraria, than 2 mods messing with the same item wont work together. if they are, it'll depend on what stat is messed with, per mod. if one mod completely revamps said item, the other mod will either overwrite that change or not get used at all.

i massively overload games with mods when possible - this is the biggest headache i have when it comes to doing that. very rare do 2+ mods messing with the same item work perfectly together, unless intended to do so.

does this mod have that compatibility where if theres another mod that revamps the functions and stats of the weapon like Calamity or Calamity Fables, the revamp that they apply doesnt get overriden by this mod?
