-Im working on adding more variants and fixing the incompatibility issues with other mods. college exams and lots of hw kept me busy for a while but i want people to know i am actively working on making the mod better

Those are a lot harder to implement. I’d like to focus on improving the mod for base Isaac first then I’ll go through the extremely confusing process of trying to implement mod support because I don’t even have the slightest clue on how I’d go about it yet

red doors in downpour don't show or are invisible

i played with t keeper for the first time and i take everything back t keepers door is the best like WHAT IT IT HAS A CUSTOM SPRITE WHAT YOU CAN DO THAT and the coins around the door its legit perfect.

10/10 door so good it made me play t keeper for an extra 3 hours

Other mods replace the doors like mega ♥♥♥♥♥ by just replacing their sprite sheet in the game files, which is fine fore most other mods, but I use custom animations and make the doors togglable through mod config and more so I need to replace the sprite sheet with code, which when you try to on those doors, completely breaks thema and doesn’t allow you to walk through, even if you replace it with the exact same door and animation it was before

after using the mod for awhile i can say that i rly like it! i like how the sac room at first glance isnt that obvious (or for me atleast) to tell that its a sac room, reminds me of how in flash you would just walk through a door and go "oh sac room nice"

i like alot of the new doors, my fav has to go to the womb and corpse doors. the only door i have disabled is the ascend path door where you put in the photo since it was bugged.

you can literally do the other doors as well how come others did it and u cant?

I can't enter the Polaroid door at all, It opens up when I use the item but It's just a solid wall.

can you make it compatible with revelations? when i enter its respective floors the doors start to flicker between yours and the mod's.

Why you guys finding so many bugs I swear I fixed all this ♥♥♥♥ I had people play test it and everything

backasswards (lol) is broken, the mega ♥♥♥♥♥ door is replaced by a regular boss door that you cant walk through

Looks like I just had to start another run after the update, haven't found the issues I mentioned again

I don't know if I need to start another run after the mod updates, but on my current run, Ascent door has the sprite of the alt path door that takes hearts and I can't enter it.

And on a previous run the alt path door that takes hearts had the sprite of a normal key door, but it worked fine walking into it.

I'm also on Linux (Bazzite) if that makes any difference.

oh yeah that too, but that happens with all big mods to be honest. EID is a very notable example

it's been one million years since the last door resprite mod, and this is one of the best ones that's ever been made

Using the mod i can see it gets called a lot and i can reduce it down but for me the frame lag is 3-4ms which isn’t bad at all big thing is the lag spikes that come from entering rooms for some reason. 60fps is about 17ms between frames btw. I’m working on getting the post render time down but the lag I’m noticing is coming from entering new rooms with like 10-50ms lag spikes. If your issue is with the lag that’s coming from POST_RENDER or it’s much higher for you, then don’t worry because I’m working on getting that down too

most of the lag is coming from ' Door Overhaul POST_RENDER '??' ', some sort of callback i presume, and it lags A LOT

Fixed those issues sorry guys. I did a few optimizations to but the major issue seems to be random lag spikes but i have no idea whats causing that yet.
