the map is so good but god damn it is it demanding. 60 fps on a mid-high end pc when most other maps run at 200 is crazy

Day version plz. also for anyone saying checkers on windows you probably need CSS and HL2 mounted since in description it says "Most textures and models are from Valve games". i also wouldn't discount L4D2 aswell.

Great map, but the middle of the area is what it annoys me when I fly with a plane/helicopter and it goes out of bounds.

Never mind I figured out the issue, I have a mod that conflicts with how mirrors work in gmod. Very clever using mirrors for reflective floors though.

Probably an issue on my end but the floor in the police station appears to be entirely transparent. All the other buildings appear to be fine without issues though.

Is there anyway we would see a "restricted" version or smaller map of this? A murder server im in has recommended this map a few times but unfortunately its too big but we'd love to have it incorporated on our server!

Would love to see this as a Sfm map in the future!

Incredibly pretty, almost cant tell its source. I'd be interested in a grahpically toned down version though, as I cant get more than 30 frames on a 1060 (x86 beta)

the map is AMAZING looking, however, it doesn't really like low to lower middle ranged devices, is it possible you could make a more optimized version? less reflections, slightly worse textures and a few less trees? i end up going from 60 to like 30 fps from this, so a less detail intense version would be lovely
