You can modify it like this:

This is fine. You don't need to copy the entire file over, which reduces the chance of incompatibilities with other mods.

@Mythren Either you played a lot of campaigns, or not so many, to make such claims. As for me, with around 50 diffrerent starts (number based on my achievements) I saw it only once. It's still a very unlikely scenario for prussian/austrian war to happen for leadership, and then austria instantly switching to concilatory etc so it could even occur

@Thatch It did kind of suck when the AI did it in like 50% of games. Having a nice Italy game? Well goodbye Lombardy.

@Thatch you can still do it in vanilla game, you just need to support revolutions inside Austria, so long as you dont launch the play you can still unify with Austria

the fact that they added a modifier to make players unable to form super germany is so cringe like who cares that people do it
