I might be the only person in the world who's bothered by this, but Gordon only pulls back the hammer while using the iron sights. Is this a bug or is it completely intentional?

i wonder how he got the hammer working like that. and the way gordon ♥♥♥♥♥ the hammer ONLY when hes useing the iron sights reminds me of the old BMS animation revamp.
