Yes, it would be nice if the mod worked properly. Even with the lowest setting for habitable planets, I end up with hundreds of colonies.
I would like to have the greater challenge. :)

Thank you for your mod.

Currently seems to completely mess up the Tech Tree.

Would love to be able to use it.

If you intend to continue working on this mod and update it, could you include some information of the values:
- By what amount does it decrease habitable planets?
