Enable the devtools mod, then go into a room and press the O key, then press the H key and click on the objects tab and then click next on the objects panel until you get to the moonstuff tab.

warmspot says it requires msc to be used when i try to place it, despite the fact i have msc enabled (and coloredoesphere also has no properties)

I hope these can be added to regionkit eventually as well, so that more people will see and use it. Having devtool objects solely in a separate mod usually results in them fading into obscurity and these are too cool 3:
