I downloaded a pirated version of the movie so I could get his lines as raw as possible, the movie actually takes full advantage of stereo mixing as much as possible and I never realized it. During a lot of the scenes music is on the left ear while vocals and sfx are in the right. Not all scenes are done this way, which makes it difficult and you can hear some music or sfx in some lines, especially the breathing. But this actually pleasantly surprised me and gave me both a new appreciation for the audio in the movie and made doing this a whole lot easier.

as for the copyright.. I'm really not sure, if they come after me I will probably take this down, but I'm not really sure how it'd work, I'd doubt they'd care about some random NMRIH mod, especially considering NMRIH itself contains bateman, I'd expect them to come after the base game way before they come after me

you install the mod and then select the bateman voice option

Oh neat! I have my own version of Bateman's voice pack but it was really hard to get his lines clean that I never bothered to finish it. I also wasn't sure if I should release it if there's any issue with copyright or something. Awesome to hear someone else's take on Bateman's voice pack

i'm not entirely against it, and i think in the context it was used in my case was reasonable but i don't wanna do it for an entire character and certainly not in this case

Why not just use Elevenlabs ai to add more voices to the game as Patrick Bateman instead of using his movie lines
