I haven't tested it in version 1.5, but you can try to see if it works.

If its just simple XML Code, Does this mean this can work in any rimworld version? I myself prefer 1.5 for the time being so will it work for 1.5?

Removed dairy products from the vegetarian fried egg recipe and added a new dairy-based fried egg dish.

I'm getting failed to find things Milk and Insect Jelly when this mod is loaded. I imagine it's maybe a mod conflict, but it doesn't seem fixable with load order.
