I cannot understate how awesome I think this mod is. I know it's not really meant to be, nor is it really explicitly stated where the game is supposed to be set, but I've always imagined that HL2 is set somewhere in Russia, and this mod really helps to make that feeling more realistic. That, plus snow is really cool lol 😂 Excellent mod!

@⛧MegaloManiaC⛧ Those are actualy from the base game! Some sounds went unused or just used in other places, so I mostly just replaced other sounds with those.

So like seagulls are now crows and how there are no more wave sounds

are those ambient sounds from the leak? it makes some levels look like they were designed to be snowy, specially the coast with how foggy it is

It does freeze the closer you get to the coast (mostly), but I didn't put it in this mod cause it messed up the water shader in every single map

How have you handeled Coast levels here? I mean you can't make leeches here to stop you from going into ocean, since it's now supposed to be ice, and you can techincally even drive your car there, I think you should implement the mechanic where if you go for into an ice sheet it just breaks and and you (with buggy or without it) fall into cold water and your health begins to drop or you just straight up die.

We have episode 3 at home

@ShellShock :3 Okay that's odd, this mod only changes soundscape scripts. Didn't have such issues on my end too strangely enough

idk if its this mod or another but something breaks scripting
no clue if its this or not but it didn't do this before (for example, after the citizens get exacuted in route canal and metro cops throw explosive barrels and blow open a grate for u to go thru
that just didn't work)

@𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓲𝓴 is the addon above other ones? There can be conflicts due to the way some files have been replaced

i believe this mod caused a bug with the 3d skybox or distant images valve added for immersion, ill link the screenshots i took
