Could be an issue with the workshop itself, sometimes steam wont update the mod and you have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to force it to update.

I tried it with Xorme AI and the compatch, the Andalusian culture disappears, for some reason xd but the mod itself is awesome:steamthumbsup:
