Some of the items probably conflict between the different mods.

Can you tell me more about what doesn't work? Do you have a lot of the research unlocked. Also are you using any other mods?

For me this does not work

I have uploaded a new pack "Late Game Machine Upgrades". Right now it only has an Assembler IV but I will add more quickly. This new pack will be the less cheaty pack where as this one will contain the cheaty machines.

I haven't played through the game for 2 years and have no idea what ingredient balance would work at the high-end yet.
In general, look at the ingredients it takes to make the lower tier vanilla version, then your new tier should use at least one or more of the next tier of components

I want to use them, streaming the game right now, but I was hoping to wait until these had recipes that wouldn't feel so cheaty.

I agree it's a little cheaty. If there is interest I could make a more realistic copy that has better recipes. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to play it.

Were you planning on adding better recipes for the new machines?
Upgrading using just the previous tier seems kind of cheaty.
