so let me state this right now;
im done with yomi modding and yomi as a whole and i dont wish to do any yomi stuff for the foreseeable future, thus this character will NOT receive any updates unless i see that theres a huge reason to (and if i have the long-term motivation to)
with that said, ive also noticed a rise in this very comment section saying that spectrum's "broken" and they need a fix. frankly, i didnt really see much issues when others tested them and myself, so sorry if that's bein' a bother. i dunno if resetting char cache will fix this sorta issue but it wont hurt to try (and if youre talking about balancing, then i couldnt care less. read the description next time)

Make it a level 2 or level 3 super and things should be ok.
also, @Mefedron clear char cache in the options.
