Beesar, it's meant to be an overcoat/ surcoat, otherwise the whole lower part, and puffy shoulder- sleeves wouldn't be a part of the model, but I do understand that it's down to personal preference for it to just be a part of the default medic coat, I'm afraid I can't edit this
As for the clipping I'm not seeing it
The onlything that bothers me is that the coat looks strange below the belt, like that it's not a single coat but instead a coat on a coat. Also it clips a little on the back with his straps i think. Could you maybe change it so it blends with the default coat under the belt? It would be awesome if you could, because it looks amazing above the belt overall!
