This only makes sense for Heavy, and maybe Medic. The engine is so out-of-place and only serves to make it robo themed for the sake of a gimmick. If this was Heavy specific and didn't have the ugly engine it'd be so much better. As it is right now, no thanks, not interested. We don't need more ugly robo hats

I think it's just supposed to tie into the Russian map Hopkins is on and not much else.

Nice hat, though I think Soldier should've been in the thumbnail instead of Sniper but that's just a small nitpick on the thumbnail.
