@Zzoddy Skills no longer have level-based locks, except for those that are automatically learned upon reaching a certain level. That shouldn't happen.

Put a skill in Thrott's mount, didn't get mount. I take it somethings just don't work until certain levels or something?

Damn, man! I've been waiting so long for a mod like this. Now I have to hope that the other mod I use is safe to remove from my save so I can add this one instead. Does this also affect the AI?

Thank you Incata! I use 2x points. It's nice to be able to spend them on some lords/heroes and not have left over points.
