make a citizen snpc like scene npc but they can fight with guns, can choose rather it is friendly toward you or not and custom skin

Bug report in, just noticed I am having this issue when pressing use to have the hostage follow me, it is constantly spamming follow, unfollow, follow, unfollow, follow... why?

As someone who made a Gmod Realism hostage rescue video without this... I am gonna test this and see about making another video except with this hostage, he seems like he is actually animated as a hostage Counter Strike style.
