My ideas:

Cleopatra (Basilissa) - "Ptolemaic"
- +25% Production and Gold in the Capital (Removed the Culture and Faith, since that's the Pharaoh's role)
- +10% Diplomatic Favor for each active Alliance
- Gain +1 Trade Route capacity and a free Trader upon unlocking the Foreign Trade civic. (same)
- Trade Routes to foreign cities gain +2 Gold and +2 Production. Incoming Trade Routes from other civilizations provide +2 gold to the originating foreign city and +2 Gold to the recieving Egyptian city (same)

Cleopatra (Pharaoh) - "Egyptian"
- Holy Sites recieve a major Culture adjacency bonus from rivers
- Resources on Floodplains gain +1 Food, +1 Faith base. After unlocking Reformed Church civic, add +1 Culture to all Resources on Floodplains. (current Ptolemaic Cleopatra ability, but changed to balance more with Civilizations Expanded's Egypt)
- +5% Culture and Faith in Cities for each Holy Site building completed

CLEOPATRA: Complete overhaul for both personas, each taking part of current Cleopatra bonuses. I do not know why a 'PTOLEMAIC' (ie. not ethnic Egyptian) version of Cleopatra has the ability focusing on rivers named after an Egyptian god, while the 'Egyptian' version has its ability named after Alexandria.
Egyptian Cleopatra should be focused on Culture, Faith and Rivers. Ptolemaic Cleopatra should be focused on diplomacy, trade and capital city's yields (being more similar to Civilizations Expanded Cleopatra)

Suggestions for the other two Leaders of the Sahara:

RAMSES: Current bonus makes sense, but is bland. Want a more militaristic aspect to be added to his ability, with a subtheme of production.
My idea:
- Receives Culture equal to 15% of the Production cost after completing a building, and 30% after completing a wonder. (same)
- Maryannu Chariot Archer gains culture from kills (if this uncodable, just make it cheaper to produce)
- The city with the Government Plaza gains +20% production towards military units. If the city also has a World Wonder, units trained in the city gain +4 Combat Strength.

@Leuk, that is intentional. I've quickly updated the description for clarity, thank you for bringing it to my attention

Are you only supposed to gain Great Writer points by killing units from other civs or is that ability tied to some condition? Because I don't seem to get points when killing barbs but maybe that is is intentional.

As Alex Poland has requested, if you could do Harold Hardrada it would sure make him a more playable civilization.

Playing a game with Caesar and Sundiata included (hotseat with other AI's). Coupled with Civilizations Expanded. These legacy mods really have added to the game. Please do more of these. I've already downloaded those you have done (Elizabeth I and Sejong).

More would sure be welcome. Thanks for your work.

Awesome mod. I'd love to see your take on Harald Hardrada (Varangian). Civilizations Expanded doesn't touch him if I'm not mistaken. So if you could, a mod for them would be most appreciated. Keep it up!
