At first I thought it was a Halloween-themed reskin for the Gunslinger, but it working with the Gunslinger equipped and it replacing the metal fingers is fascinating!
And better yet, it fits into TF2 Lore, given the way how the Engineer canonically got his Gunslinger hand and how the Demoman's cursed eyeball is also part of the Lore.
I could see Valve restricting it to Halloween/Full Moon, though, or turn it into an actual Gunslinger reskin, for game reasons, because the Ghoulslinger makes it hard to see from a distance if an Engineer has actually equipped the Gunslinger or not?
