Heavenly Kingdom is set to Confusion, it should be Protestant
Isaaq Sultanate (in somalia) is set to Protestant, it should be set to Sunni
Finally for the religious side Prussia should be Protestant, not Catholic.
Now political issues
The existance of Crusader states, Napoleon was constantly fighting with the Pope for power so there is no chance he would allow new crusader states in his "enlightened" empire.
He did treat the church better than the other revolutionaries, but rather it makes sense to make a sister republic in Jerusalem as "Levantine Republic" and one in Damascus as "Syrian Republic".
Those are more in line with what the french would have done, sister republics were a way Napoleon projected power in real life.
He didn't support the church enough to allow crusader states, in his real life invasion of egypt he brought secular scientists and scholars, he didn't really care to give the church influence.
I assume in this timeline Napoleon was lenient on russia because the Campaign was still grueling due to the intial attrition of even marching, and possibly because the Situation in Spain would have required his attention still.
Its also possible that they took it after the german rebellions in this timeline.
