TLDR; it's just a shortened way of identifying a variant of aircraft, ICAO aircraft codes.

It's not a typo, lets say for example, shortened 727-200; thats the 722 for ya. or the 737-800 for short for example; thats the 738 for you, just search up boeing 738 and you'll get your answer, i used to think aircraft named like that were typos.
you did a typo its 738 instead of 737
