I tried the Tonfa & it's pretty much better than the Riot Hammer plus i realized that the Riot Hammer was from ECHO ARMS2 Part 1 instead so yeah i ended up getting myself confused

This weapon has a certain mechanism that requires high and steady FPS in game, otherwise it will lose its attack collider which cause a problem that you met. However this is unsolvable, maybe u should try new melee weapon (the Tonfa) :(

There is this problem i would like to report & it's about the melee weapons specifically the Riot Hammer because this thing's hit range is dog-water & believe me i tried to hit something with it but the bloody thing keeps missing. Is there a certain range i have to be in just so i can make a hit?

you should create a riot shield as part of your melee equipment, it could pair with the supervisor or the tonfa for some good ol' fashioned melee experience
