doesnt break on game launch with ce 1.7

Not tested extensivly though, let me know if anyone has issues with it and CE 1.7

ce dev snap and ce github have the same internal name

that means you can just click continue without downloading dependicies on steam

and then it should work fine with ce github

Can you remove the CE dev snap dependency for us who use the latest CE directly from the github?
