@Dogy but there is a middle-density building (the one with the diagonal corner) that does similar, in which the building area is smaller than the building model, which means it can clip into other buildings as well.

It is buuged for me. It has textures of different building from different perpectives

hey, thanks for reporting the texture bug. For some reason a file got left out in the uploading process, I have tied the file to the upload train and make sure he cannot escape this time. Please update the mod and see if it is fixed.

the building is black and grey the textures don't fit

There is something wrong with textures: it displays textures of other building over this one. Maybe conflicting with some other mods

This has been done by Vikom many years ago, though he never made it as a mod - instead it was manual replacement.
