You can also add any texture to the engine window

This is done in the wallpaper settings menu "ENGINE"

If you want to disable the video texture, replace it with a black texture (#000000) in png format or with any other image.

Update uploaded:
Speedometer display error fixed.

I still don't understand what the display error was related to, so I just created a new speedometer replacing the old one, all the functionality remained the same
