No idea why that one specifically, the other faction ones are fine. Redownloaded and tried the mod by itself and this still occurs. Removed it and the collection works fine.

I had this issue once, sometimes the mod manager keeps giving steam orders to download, then stopping the download, then restarting it
idk exactly what your case is, but if you were subbing through the mod manager, I'd suggest you try to sub to all the collection through steam, then importing it (after downloading) in the mod manager (import steam collection)

Try downloading them one by one by ticking them manually if you haven’t done that yet (it’s the first time I’ve heard of this issue).
I’ll double-check on my end, but I don’t think I made a mistake.
I would really appreciate if you update the load order to include the latest added mods and remove the removed ones like the changelog states

The joys of SFO collections
After disabling these mods, able to launch a tomb kings campaign with no issues.
I played through one turn without any issues.

If so, yes, you need to enable it, because it’s the one that allows “OVN Lost World” to work properly with SFO and with other Landmark mods as well.

Then, copy the sequence of numbers found in the “Discussions” tab.
Once done, open the Mod Manager and go to “Share Mod List”, paste the numbers into “Import”, then confirm by clicking the purple “Import” button — and you’re done.
