That's entirely separate from this mod.

1st, use SimpleCameraSettings instead of Camera+.
2nd, if you're still having issues, use the less glare add-on for Clean Textures.
3rd, Clean Textures will soon be getting new water textures (see the Clean Texture Boosty).

I still have a problem with the texture of the water. It seems that there is an incompatibility with the camera +
