I may be doing something wrong, but I can't get the thing to move. All engines seem governed to 2.7RPS, props at full pitch and engines at full throttle, spawned it on the water, but it's just not going.

When on the water or ground differential thrust/steering is controlled by the a/d keys. If it's something that's happening in the air check if all the engines are on, it's happened to me before. Otherwise I have no idea what's going on.
