Nope, as far as i know, not.
But you can try to get back where you fast traveled last, maybe you need some teleportation mod or cheat if there is any.

When you can walk to a SignPost, you can fast travel, if can't its risky to fast travel, save before you fast travel, so you can load it if something isnt working.

I have a question, what if I fast travelled during Wandering in the Dark quest? I have to play the whole game again or is there a better solution?

在原版游戏中，要进行快速传送必须靠近路标。而这个模组让你无论身处何地都能快速传送至路标。即使身处荒野中央，也不必跋涉到遥远的路标处。

目前已知的：
《黑暗中徘徊》——传送门无法使用——你无法继续或返回。
《小杂种的藏身之处》——跳过出口事件会中断任务进程。
《国家机密》——关键过场动画不会触发，可能会导致任务停滞。
特莉丝的家→追踪乞丐——如果使用快速传送而非正常走出，任务触发失败。
女巫猎人前哨站→迪凯特事件——同样，如果使用快速传送而非正常退出，也会导致任务失败。

DO NOT FAST TRAVEL while on this quests!

This is what I found so far:

Quest / Scenario What Can Go Wrong If You Fast Travel?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wandering in the Dark – Return portal becomes unusable—you can’t continue or return.
Whoreson Junior’s Hideout – Skipping exit events breaks quest advancement.
Reason of State – Critical cutscenes won’t trigger, potentially halting quest progress.
Triss’s House → Tracking Beggars – Quest trigger fails if you fast travel instead of walking out.
Witch Hunter Outpost → Dijkstra event – Similar failure when using fast travel instead of exiting normally.

There are Quests, like "Visiting the RatKing" (you have to give your swords away and you walk without them).

While this is active, you shouldn’t fast travel – you wouldn’t have your swords with you.

There are times where you can’t officially travel through a signpost, like walking outside of something and triggering an event before you get to a signpost.

just a quick questions i want this mode but when it says no fast travel during quests what does this actually mean. I have around 20 active quests right now. If i choose to go to the nearest sign post for this quest is that what it means
