There are separate mods that increase the reinforcement range so you could just sub to one of those. Though it would definitely be nice to have another version of this mod that includes it.

Hey, great mod. I was wondering if there's a way to fix the perennial problem with attacking a settlement or another army through another army's zone of control? They simply ignore the zone of control of those in front and attack what's behind them.

You should be able to see the arrows outlining reinforcements when hovering your attacking army over the enemy, iirc?

the only issue with this mod is that its difficul sometimes to send reinforcments to the 2v1 / 3v1 / 3v2 / 3v3 battles, because you cannot stay inside of zone of control so you have to stay perfectly close to the line of it.

Possible solutions are:
decrease size of the zone by 5-10%
increase reinforcment distanse by 5-10%

everything else works just fine

You're right. I had a mod that reduced movement range. I got rid of it and now I can attack the gate. False alarm :steamthumbsup:

Is that because you dont quite have the movement to hit it on that turn? Or even with full movement its not letting you?

Playing with this now and trying to attack an Ulthuan gate, but unable to. It's telling me to go all the way around and attack the gate from the other side, from within Ulthuan.

@Cerb. This mod causes a CTD when used with The Old World Campaign. Specifically, when you press end turn it will freeze and crash when The Order of the Lore Masters moves.

Also, I LOVE your work. I have most of your mods in my SFO mod list and I couldn't play without them. Great work!

It is nice to have fortifications actually functioning, but the drastically increased reinforcement distance makes some starts quite...rough, since you need to fight an army, sometimes roughly matched to yours, plus a full garrison

Well I'm surprised how much this mod changes in terms of gameplay. Now some well positioned cities or armies can finally block strategic passages. Such a simple change :cozybethesda:

Ah, very clever fix on the Avelorn front! (Or at least it sounds clever to me who has very limited understanding of WH3 modding). Thanks for addressing that issue - and for your work in general. Looking forward to trying it out again soon!

Alright, put a fix in, had to write a script to kill and clone the enemy army and move it slightly from its original position, heh. And for some reason it always spawns with a wizard lord.. but minor and at least you can move now. The tiny piece of ocean was stopping you from attacking straight up :(

Update to my last post - I just tried running only this mod and the problem still persists when starting an Avelorn campaign. (This may not be a big deal for some users but just thought I'd give a friendly heads up. I still appreciate the mod though).

Heads up - I don't know if this is a slight conflict with another mod like Radious - but you can end up pretty much soft-locked when starting a campaign as Alarielle/Avelorn when using this mod. (She starts IN the opposing army's zone of control but can't initiate a battle - meaning you can't advance or retreat).
