This only happens if you start shoving immediately after reloading. Doing something else (firing/"helping hand animations"/swapping weapons) will reset this.

Best script I know is OBOW. In that script he changes the ammo to assault rifle so that instead of exploding zombies it just rips through them which produces a more reasonable looking result overall. Doesn't make it any less effective at all, they just die in a more satisfactory way.
Also has sizable reserve ammo.

Could you make the reload animation faster or shorter? When mods that give reserve ammo to the M60 are added, you can start shooting way before the reload animation finishes. From what I understand, the animation should be shorter so it actually matches the weapon's reload time

@Hot Wet Nobel Laureates, that is literally jank that occurs with Nick only for the default M60 as well and not because of the mod.

Minor nitpick. I play on cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 60, and I can see a bit inside Nick's arm in the bottom left corner. No idea if it happens with other survivors, or if it's something that's easy to fix

thank you I use extra ammo up too 1000 for the reserve ammo and 250 for the mag ammo and the reload animation is what i needed.
