no they have glowing eyes meaning their a skin walker you should make a model of one of those by using the glowing eyes

ngl I feel these eye textures fir the L4D2 infected a bit more then the regular glow you given so far to the others, makes them stand out a bit more (also just doesn't look as goofy personally)
