You can add a slider like the ones for Anarchy's Children and Alien Hunters modifying the "XComContent.Ini" Ini file, you have to add an (DLCName="APEX_Lifeline",) to every item

(I think you can change "APEX_Lifeline" for something else but I haven't tried it, and, besides, it fits)
