The Biome DLC is required because all the buildings in the small villages come from the DLC, if you ever want to play without it there will remain the 4 small churches and the paths, normally you should not have any corruption problems, once the game deletes the buildings there is nothing left in the files
I thought about it, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a vanilla building that would fit in well, and I didn't want to add the tiny bars.
Don't hesitate to build on the hills (and destroy some small buildings) or build on the other side of the hills. I made sure to connect the paths well, there's the range.
First of all, thank you, it's great that you like it.
It's indeed the exact location for the Dimndroll power plant. I didn't add it to the requirements so people wouldn't think it was mandatory at launch (I'll put it in the description).
We're all starting with the oil first, I think, lol, it's the simplest.
I didn't touch the bus stops because, unlike the other buildings, they don't make the population disappear (same goes for the church).
It looks like the place where the Hydro plant is supposed to go fits the Hydro electro power station '27 by dimndroll exactly. If so, I'd recommend adding the mod to the description so people know how to fill the gap.
I also love the planned rail line and bridges, and the fact that you already start with basic vehicles and construction infrastructure. This gives great direction on how to start (which I have decided to ignore and go for the oil field first because why not).
I'm not sure, but I think the bus and ferry stops also need to be disabled in order to not activate the population? Either way, pre-disabling the jobs is a good idea from you imo, saves some time trying to make sure the population doesn't disappear.
So far, this map looks great!
