Everything seems to be working on my end. i tried with my backup mod file + the ones that have been uploaded to the workshop.
i did check True Music B42 it appears there is issues on their end. (SOME people are having issues) so you will have to wait for an update.
Another thing you can try in the mean time.
Make sure you have Tsar's Common library 2.0 installed also.
^^ This is usually missed and can cause issues.
Good luck, i'm sorry for the trouble!
Make sure you have the recommended mods to get it working.
"True Music and/or True Music B42".
You need these mods to have AND use other custom songs.
>i'm still not at my main pc so i will check when im able later
Are you adding it to an exsisting save?
if you are you need to "modify" your save, and activate it there too.
Menu Screen > Load > More... > Choose Mods.
This is how you activate your mods to an existing save (if you add new ones)
I will be free by the end of the day to check if the mod is working, please try that method above.
- Are you in debug mode? (If you are in SP?)
Also what build are you playing?
i will have to check sometime this weekend if theres any issues on my end. (last time i checked the mod was working fine for Current Build + B42
Mod ID is in the description.
you can also just search Kavinsky.
Each album will be under something like
Kavinsky - Reborn for example! , goodluck!
It doesn't effect the game in a major way!
It just gives the ability to spawn and play custom songs (like this one) :), so even if the mod was removed there would be little to NO issues at all!
So.. yes!! absolutely fine to add mid playthrough~!
You need to download True Music or True Music B42 if you are on B42. you either find the cassette in the game or you can spawn it in debug mode!
- Right Click Project Zomboid
- Under General Select Launch options
- Type -Debug in the little box
- Launch game as you would
You now have the ability to spawn items amongst other things!
Then just pop it in the cassette player or car (True music gives the cars ability to use Cassettes, and custom songs) - Hope this helps, Good luck!
